Batch COA, analytical methods and acceptable ranges.

Sizing & preparation
Mesh passing, D50 / D97, oversize, moisture and milling / mixing route.
PSD or sieve method and the body-preparation conditions.

Raw brightness & fired colour
Raw-material brightness target plus separate fired-body colour requirements.
Agree both measurements; raw brightness alone does not establish fired appearance.

Firing & body performance
Temperature, hold time, atmosphere, shrinkage, absorption, deformation and surface defects.
Trials using your body formulation and firing cycle, compared with a baseline.
